Our Process

Working together should feel simple, human and organised.

Step 1 - First Coffee

‍We start with a relaxed call over coffee, virtual or in person. You tell us about your business, where you are today and where you would like to go. We listen, ask questions and make sure we understand your needs, constraints and priorities before suggesting anything.

Step 2 - The plan

After the first conversation, we take everything you shared and turn it into a clear plan. On our second meeting, we walk you through our recommendations, the scope of work, suggested channels and priorities. Together, we refine the approach until it feels right for you, both strategically and practically.

Step 3 - Pouring it into action

Once the plan is approved, we move into execution. Depending on what we are working on together, this can include social media strategy and content, website design and SEO, marketing automation or workflow improvements. You get a timeline, checkpoints and visibility on what is happening at each stage.

Step 4 - Refills and adjustments

We review performance, gather feedback and adjust where needed. This is where we fine tune what we created, keep what works and improve what can be better so your digital ecosystem continues to support your growth over time.
